Job Description:The customer service technician ensures that the service is completed to the customer’s satisfaction. The main objective of the customer service technician is to provide excellent customer service with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
Essential Job Functions
-Travel to customer homes and/or job site to review problem and correct. Ensuring that the work area is clean before leaving the job site
-Provide courteous and professional conduct with customer
-On the day of service visit: Communicate with the customer to confirm visit
-Maintain vehicle maintenance and drive responsibly
-Ensure that all necessary product and tools are in the vehicle prior to leaving the Windowrama
-Knowledge of windows, doors, and skylights and their respective qualities
-Strong written and verbal skills to complete all paperwork
-Ability to interact with contractors, homeowners, and co-workers
-Ability to work well under pressure and achieve results
-Ability to identify problems and resolve the issues
-Clean Drivers record
-Proficiency with computers, laptops, IPADs
