As a full-time In-Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with pre-qualified new and existing customers. WindowRama generates and pre-qualifies 100% of all leads to ensure that our sales team has the best possible ability to succeed.

A successful team member will build trusting relationships between our customers and WindowRama, ensure that each customer receives exceptional service by providing an open, friendly environment, and have a commitment to learning our complete product offering and leverage our proven training.

Core job responsibilities include:
• In-Home & Virtual sales presentations directly with decision makers
• Participation in ongoing sales & product training on a weekly/monthly basis
• Identifying product offerings based on best installation methods
• Proficient measuring of windows, doors, and siding

Qualifications:
-Previous In-Home or Outside sales experience
-General construction or millwork experience preferred
-Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
-Self-motivation and results oriented
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
-High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred
